OnlyChatAI does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to revenue, conversions, engagement, sales, or performance outcomes. Results obtained through use of the Services depend on multiple factors outside of our control, including your configuration, prompts, content, audience, and third-party platforms.

You agree that your use of any AI-generated results is entirely at your own risk, and that you remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any automated action or content before use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease
• You must cease using the Services

Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay fees accrued before termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

OnlyChatAI will not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from User Content or its use through the Services.

15. Limitation of Liability Regarding Third-Party Platforms

OnlyChatAI may provide automated tools, scripts, or software designed to interact with user accounts on third-party platforms or private services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These integrations operate outside OnlyChatAI's direct control
• OnlyChatAI cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of automated actions performed on third-party platforms
• You remain solely responsible for monitoring, supervising, and validating any automated activity performed on your third-party accounts

OnlyChatAI will not be held liable for any errors, malfunctions, unintended actions, account restrictions, suspensions, or other consequences arising from the use of automation tools on third-party platforms. Any such use is undertaken at your own risk.

OnlyChatAI does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that use of the Services is legal in your jurisdiction. Any use of the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited and undertaken at your own risk.

18. Governing Law, Amicable Resolution, and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Before pursuing any legal action, you agree to first contact us in writing at contact@only-chat.ai to attempt an amicable resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services.

If we cannot resolve the dispute amicably within a reasonable time, you agree that:

• The dispute may be resolved through binding arbitration; and
• Any dispute not resolved by arbitration will be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Dover, Delaware, United States.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FGA Solutions regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between you and FGA Solutions.
